Do you need to inquire about a warranty claim? Please visit the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty homeowner portal to create an account and get started. All warranty requests are facilitated by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.


Submitting Warranty Requests

Please note that items that are listed as “one-time only” repairs will only be considered at the 11th month of occupancy.

To submit your warranty service request, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to 2-10.com and select Sign-In. If you are a first time user, choose Register/Create Account under the Homeowner tab and click on Register my Structural Warranty*.

  2. Select Service Requests to create your warranty service request.  When you have created your complete list, click Submit to send your request for processing.

  3. Once your request is submitted, a FLWS team member will reach out to both you and your builder.
