It’s Kickoff Time: Grand Opening of our New Marietta Model Home
The moment we’ve all been waiting for is finally here! We’re kicking off our newest Marietta community, Promenade at the Square, with the grand opening of our beautiful Ashley model home. Join us on Saturday, August 24 to celebrate these new homes priced from the mid-$300,000s near the popular Marietta Square! Our tailgate is happening on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and includes food fresh off the grill, a chance to play cornhole with your future neighbors, and more.
During all the festivities, you will get to tour our brand-new decorated model home and or available inventory homes. The model home features a spacious Ashley C plan, a 2,550-square-foot home with a beautiful craftsman-style exterior including a double front porch. This incredible four bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom plan boasts an oversized master suite on the main level with a spa-like bath featuring a dual sink vanity, a large walk-in closet and an oversized frameless glass shower.
