Heron Bay Grand Opening
On Saturday the 20th of February 2021, we had a wildly successful Grand Opening of Heatherland Homes at Heron Bay. Guests visiting from all over the metro Atlanta area joined us in this new home gated community in Locust Grove, GA! We so enjoyed hearing our guests’ stories as to what brought everyone together at this event. Some guests came excited and ready to own a home in Heron Bay, others are already Heatherland Homeowners in other communities such as Arnold Estates simply coming by to support us and curious to see what we are building next! Sponsored by Southeast Mortgage, light refreshments and hors d’oeuvres from Chick-fil-a were provided for visitors to enjoy while touring our brand-new model home! Masks were also provided by Southeast Mortgage at the door along with hand sanitizer to keep everyone safe at their own discretions. Visitors were given tours of the Heatherland Homes at Heron Bay’s Cobalt plan model home by our Tamra Wade Team real estate agents Carrie Williams and Sherry Bivins.
This home features an open concept with distinctive features. The home’s grand foyer leads guests directly into a study room and dining area. Adjacent from the dual car garage is a spare room and bathroom. As the tour continues to the back end of the home, our visitors find themselves amazed at the large kitchen with custom cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. This kitchen over-looks the great room with a fireplace and one-of-a-kind bookcases to frame the room perfectly. Speaking of fireplaces, upon finding their way out to the backyard, guests came across the covered exterior porch complete with stone fireplace.
Everyone’s favorite part of the tour had to be our open loft that greets you at the top of the staircase. The Cobalt is also known for spacious bedrooms with large closets, so that your family’s worries about space is a thing of the past. Finally, the master suite is absolutely to die for. This master bedroom comes equipped with a romantic optional fireplace of its own! As much as guests loved how much extra space the closets in the master provide, what they loved more was the direct access to the laundry room through the one of the closets! Moving past that, we see the importance of the Cobalt’s bright and airy master bath: Tons of counter space, huge shower, deep soaking tub with a great view.
Luckily, for those who were unable to visit the model in person, we hopped onto Facebook to give a live video tour to anyone interested in viewing the model or entering our raffle.
