Come See Us at Atlanta Parade of Homes This Weekend

Marvelle model home in MariettaGet out your walking shoes and prepare to become inspired at the 2019 Atlanta Parade of Homes, kicking off this weekend. Three entries demonstrate the range of home styles, pricing options and locations from Heatherland Homes over the next three weekends. Two of our featured homes are in popular Cobb County communities. Marvelle, positioned within walking distance of the Marietta Square, offers single-family homes from the high $200,000s. With rear-entry garages, fully landscaped front yards and sidewalks, the community presents a quaint, neighborly streetscape. Heatherland Homes will showcase the Marion plan on the tour. It is a bright, open home with a designer kitchen overlooking the family room. The Marion boasts four bedrooms, including an oversized owner’s suite that offers a sitting room and luxurious bath with his-and-her vanities. Heatherland Homes You won’t need to drive far to tour the builder’s next entry in the Atlanta Parade of Homes, the Cooper model home at Logan Park, a new East Cobb home community. In the Cooper, you will find a beautiful courtyard design with a finished third floor. Like the Marvelle, the Cooper’s designer kitchen opens to a spacious family room. Here, you’ll also find a double oven, French-door refrigerator and hidden pantry. People of all ages would enjoy living in the Cooper’s third-floor teen suite featuring a living room, bedroom and full bath. (Unfortunately, teen suites do not come in a self-cleaning design.) A large deck – perfect for entertaining – overlooks the backyard. Priced from the low $400,000s, homes at Logan Park are a walkable distance from Kell High School and East Cobb Baseball. Arnold Estates The third entry from Heatherland Homes in the 2019 Atlanta Parade of Homes will take you in a different direction. Arnold Estates, a McDonough a community of new homes priced from the high $200,000s, places you within 30 minutes of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and a short distance to I-75. During the Parade, we will show off our Cobalt home, a large home with plenty of open, flexible living space, including a main-level guest retreat. The family room presents a shiplap accent wall and fireplace. Upstairs, we again draw you in with an oversized owner’s suite, this one offering a cozy fireplace and his-and-her walk-in closets. The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 2019 Atlanta Parade of Homes presents 40 homes throughout the metro Atlanta area, including many decorated model homes, for free and self-guided touring. You can join us this weekend (April 27-28) and the following two weekends (May 4-5 and May 11-12) between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. If you’d like to learn more about the three entries from Heatherland Homes, call 770-502-6230 or visit www.HeatherlandHomes.com.
